Yoga for the Nervous System at the North Bend Public Library

The North Bend Public Library is pleased to offer “Yoga for the Nervous System,” a free yoga series instructed by Iowa Wander, every Tuesday in April at 5:00 PM. During the series, Iowa will lead a series of movement and breathing techniques that will incorporate mindfulness strategies to calm the nervous system, decrease anxiety, and increase self-compassion. Iowa will also use the additional support of neuroscience, somatic movement, and sound to help practitioners end the class feeling relaxed and uplifted.
