CCD Business Development Corporation (CCD) is a private Oregon 501c3 nonprofit founded in 1971. CCD serves as the Federal Economic Development District (EDA) as defined by the U.S. Economic Development Administration for Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties. CCD is also designated as a “Certified Development Company” by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

CCD is a mission-based lender, connected to the community not just physically but financially. CCD’s mission is to “Encourage economic development, diversify local economies, support industry, and enhance quality of life for all in the region.”

CCD, along with our partners, provides needed capital to small businesses in our region. CCD funding options include the SBA 504 Loan Program, Oregon Business Development Fund, and Revolving Loan Funds.

CCD’s Community & Economic Development Department provides technical assistance, project development, grant/project application writing and administration services to agencies in the CCD region. CCD is the Enterprise Zone Manager for 10 Oregon Enterprise Zones.

Through the Economic Recovery Initiative, CCD is positioned to work within the region and with our partners to create short-term and long-term goals to recovery from the pandemic and build a resiliency plan in conjunction with the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.
