The Oregon Coast Music Association (OCMA) is a nonprofit corporation organized for the purpose of involving, enriching, and inspiring the community by providing quality classical music, and creative musical experiences. OCMA offices are located within the Coos Art Museum.
We are a 501(c)3 organization funded through membership, ticket sales, volunteer assistance, grants, donor generosity, and business/corporate sponsorships. Your membership ensures that the Oregon Coast Music Festival lives on!
Because of health risks, opportunities for live musical events in 2021 will be limited to those provided outdoors, or with limited capacity indoor events. We have scheduled two big weekend events in July, starting at Mingus Park noon on Saturday July 17, then moving to a stage on the plaza of the Coos History Museum on Sunday, July 18th at 2 pm for a concert outdoors. The following weekend, we return to the Coos History Museum Plaza for Saturday and Sunday Performances at 2 pm each day.
With our goal of protecting health and safety, we are encouraging community members to come forward to help sponsor one of these musical experiences. Please communicate with us regarding your interests and ideas. Please call the OCMA office for information on how you can keep the music alive for our community!
